Hasn't been a brilliant week, I've actually been snacking quite a lot and forgetting to count it properly. But I've also been doing a fair amount of walking, and using the stationary bike when I wasn't walking, so I guess I've been incredibly lucky and it's all balanced out. My anniversary is Wednesday and himself and I are both off all week so I'll probably put a little on. But then there's nothing until his birthday at the start of July so hopefully I'll see some shift then.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It does'nt hurt to enjoy ourselves now again as long as we keep our eyes on the main goal, we've all been there from time to time and worn the T shirt to prove it ...... Happy Dieting Days x

Thanks Maggy. That's my attitude too. TTC is stressful enough without me beating myself up over a few hundred calories haha!
