Ohkay! I'm intrigued by my Seriousness on losing weight and my Great Big Motivation. I'm 135lbs. now. My goal weight is 110-115. I'm trying to lose 20 pounds by August 22nd. Which is a month from tomorrow. I have an insanely great plan going on. I'm not dieting, I'm just lowering my calorie intake to 1500 Calories and I'm Exercising Hardcore Now. I'll be eating 6 small meals a day. And Boosting my metabolism. I'm really set on this Goal, and its all Going to Pull through. I'm not being negative at all about this, maybe I'm having a Big ego about this and being high on my horse, but Confidence is #1 thing with losing weight. You have to believe you can lose the weight, not just think you can lose the weight! So tomorrow, I'm up at 8am. Starting My New Lifestyle!
