Weight is a little high today from last nights indulgences. Just my brain reverting to old habits and my body didnt like it. Todays food will make tomorrows weigh-in better.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
