Home from the last of 6 trips and conferences this spring. The foot i had surgery on last August has been painful for the past 2 weeks. Difficult to walk and i am discouraged from doing much of anything although once i get to the Y, water aerobics is jusf fine. No distress or worries, just a bit of disappointment as I had hoped to be on my way to losing weight by now

Still to go: 25.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
