I'm very pleased that I only gained back 1 lbs. I have been on vacation all last week and did not track any food. Goes to show that being busy and active does help keep me from overeating.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
