Tomorrow is Easter my goal will be strict portion controlled candy, strict portioned controlled chips, 2 -3 cookies 🍪 if available I won’t buy them.
But I will not limit my self on Whole Foods (will track as accurately as possible) and will play volleyball with friends and family 4-5 hrs at the park.
That’s my Easter plan 💐
120.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
