Knew that yesterday’s weight was incomplete even after weighing self x3. Don’t you just love scales. !! Still a loss from the 16th. No outdoor activity for today. Rain rain. Need to get my waders on. It’s been raining since last Sunday pm
126.6 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
