I am 66 today!! Just going to enjoy the moment!! It may not last long, weekend is coming up, and Easter Sunday!!! A family lunch!! If anyone has any ideas as to how I'm going to keep my weight down at a party, please share!! I have taken forever to come to 66kgs and don't want to lose it
145.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! If there are a lot of foods to try, stick to 2-3 tablespoons per thing - just a sample. Don't go back for a second plate. Wrap up for leftovers if you feel the need to.
