Lots of veggies weigh less than a little meat! This weigh in inspires me to really try to cut back on meats. I’m a steak and potato girl, so it’s not easy. I got hungry last night, but a little turmeric and ginger tea helped. Tonight I will be eating meat and try not to overdo it. Almost at my first goal already :)
