Sm loss but a loss - baby steps Haven’t been able to get outside for my cardio walking. Sunday started out beautiful - didn’t last -,severe thunderstorms - yesterday rain and tornado watches / now today winds around 50mph and chilly. (Love New England weather) want warm enticing weather - spring come back !!!
127.3 lb Lost so far: 26.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
