I am cutting some fat, just a bit after a two weeks vaccation where I ate whatever. to make it fun, I am going to try different diets, a diet per a week. This week I am trying intermittant fasting...As far, things are great, and what is awsome, is that I can eat 3 big meals in my eating hours instead of relatively 4 or 5 small meals which makes me not feel the calories restriction.
