28hr IF fast yesterday - life so busy with no chance to eat - cont with increased activity - next week hopefully returning to gym which will be a new challenge in my life !! 0.2 from short term goal
128.2 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
