Yea! Another pound down! It is getting easier every day to climb that hill on my walk too.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! I hope you're not feeling hungry. Your diet should be something you can live with, not suffer through.I power walk up a big hill too, and I find I'm doing it faster the more I do it.
