Ive got to stop beating myself up for going over my macros. Im logging everything, Im trying to follow portions, Im making better choices than I had been. Im fine! Ill fine-tune things as I go. The first week isnt going to be "perfect". The 12th week wont be "perfect" either but Ill have more knowledge and and a better understanding what of I need and what I want.
