finally. still no bm though. 😡
119.8 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I fasted yesterday and 'gained' a pound! I even ran 3 miles and walked for an hour. Oh well...

I hate when that happens. I don't get it. I just wish i wouldnt ... retain.. everything. Laxative, salt and fiber therapy and all i get is bloated. 🙄🙄🙄😡😡😡
