woke up feeling way less bloated... thought for sure I'd see a lower number. wtf. you people and your..... eating solid foods 😂😂🤷‍♀️
121.6 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Next week I am going all liquid. It's also time to train for the Pittsburgh half marathon. Excited to see how I will do carrying less weight

For me, my 'liquid diet' just allows me to hit the macros that a #Keto person is suppose to do anyway 😏 I take in about 1k in calories a day so starving myself is definitely *not* how I lose weight (nor is it something I could do for more than a few days). Essentially, for me to lose weigt, I drive my carbs and protein as low as possible and then run 3-7 miles a day. Also, the longer I don't --break-- the diet the better I do. Meaning, 5 solid days of staying on the plan will give me twice the results at 3 days on the plan. Good luck!
