keto girl here. still 169! 👍 hopefully it will keep moving down without too many natural swings. I found a new doc! it was actually in old one and she refilled my hormones and thyroid. yeah. I had to charge it. but I should be good for a year! 👍 I'm going to try to make keto tortillas with glucinannan powder this week. I'll let ya know how they turned out. keto on
