does anyone no how to change your pic on this app. that one of me is not accurate. I was going to a weight loss clinic when I lost all that weight. unfortunately I didn't use any common sense and gained like 50 pounds back. Then my husband died in 2016, and I ate my way through that whole year. now I'm heavy again due to my own failures and lack of will power. what helps me the most is recording what I eat and not eating after 6pm at night. I'm also cutting out carbs as much as possible and salt.
