? Increased carbs due to slt increase in weight. Grrrr. - attempted to keep slightly under 20 or 20. Going back to 10 or less consumed daily
130.8 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
