Drank more water yesterday so I think this is my body releasing what it was holding on to. I’ll probably gain some of this back. Odd after a huge carb day. Normally pizza makes me gain a pound or so in water overnight. Skipped my late night snickers (does that mean I get two tonight?) so maybe that helped. Also had half a bottle of water before bed so that may have helped too. Whatever it is I’ll take it! 115-125 is my goal range with 118-120 being where I really want to be.
118.8 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
