Started IF, but ate some dried fruit and crackers over the weekend. Guess I have to stick to those keto rules closer.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Yup! If you want to stay in ketosis you need to keep an eye on those carbs. IF is great though. Hope you like it.
