So my dying batteries weren't that far off after all. I was expecting to have to add a good half a stone to this so that's a wonderful start. And from today my husband will be eating healthily too which is very exciting because I've been worried about his health for a while now. If any one has any ideas for health (low cal and low fat if possible but low fat is the real sticking point for me) please let me know lol, snacks is something we both need (he works long shifts and I work multiple jobs so we can't always stick to a decent eating schedule) So, onwards and... well, downwards 😂
209.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
