I know I should concentrate on my recovery & not my weight. However am logging all food & drink, not doing too bad with carbs & calories & still gained. After my surgery I can't bicycle & that's my exercise. Can start in 2 wks or so. But with cancer loosing extra weight is in my best interest. I know..day by day.. Good luck every one else. 👍
200.7 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
