my ring can barely come off my finger. I'm going to relate this weight gain to water. I forgot to add an ice cream bar 280 cal to my diary yesterday. miss calculated what I was going to eat that day. otherwise it's another day. keeping on the grind to health and weight loss. I even drank lots of water and was peeing so I think it was the turnip cake I ate (chinese dim sum food) to contribute to that. chinese food isn't forgiving with water weight.
