Had to check 5 times..haha..that's some motivation right now! WW zero point chili when I got hungry. First week down. Thought for sure it would be zero lost! Hense the several checks. The same 2 lbs. lost everytime I checked. I didn't think my diet was the best this week. See diary if you like. Hope it's not a fluke!! Onward I go.

I put in a high calorie veg. chili in calorie counter, but was a homemade chili I made from a recipe. Still counted the calories even tho it was zero points. Three kinds of beans. It's delicious! I'm a hog, so I ate a ton of it! Wasn't sure how to put it in counter otherwise. Comments and advise highly encouraged!!!!!!! Now to plan lunch and dinner. Incorporate some aerobics pretty soon too.

I am trying Keto for the second time and have found drinking electrolytes actually reduced my hunger. Made from water, lemon, ACV, HS 🙂💪🏼
It’s encouraging seeing other people’s post, especially those who prep meals by themselves.
