After my long few days of not eating the best, I really though that I would have went up way more than I did, but it wasn't that bad after all.
162.7 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Would it have been better if it HAD gone up? My "self talk" can be dangerous either way! If I LOSE, I think, "OH, now I can have a treat because I was so GOOD." If I gain, I think, "I did all that good stuff and THIS is the reward I get - I might as well eat something bad to drown my disappointment."
