Going the right direction. Thank you for all the support yesterday. I did hear that cancer loves sugar so no sugar anymore. I've never used fake sugar before & won't start now. Have a great day. Good luck on your journey. 👍

Monk145, l have no idea what the heck is Monk fruit is. I think some other FS members know. They'll let us know. Doesn't sound good to me but I can be wrong or...not 😉
