Been off Keto for a week due to my birthday. Doing low carb. Don’t feel a day older than 21! 😁 Update per Chris’s request 😉
117.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
