Okay, so the damage from Christmas wasn't as bad as I'd thought. Back on my diet now and I am so excited to be eating vegetables again! Plus I've picked up some extra hours in work which means walking home then walking back. Exercise I can't get out of and extra money? Wonderful!
211.5 lb Lost so far: 60.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
