I'm back! I had foot pain from osteoarthritis which gradually worsened and was no longer improved with steroid injections so.... at the end of August I had surgery. Two plates and seven screws, 4 months in a cast, no weight bearing, boredom....
Upshot is weight gain.
I have developed poor eating habits and need to get back on track.
I will be logging my food every day. I have already gotten back in the pool and do water aerobics 4 times a week and Yoga twice weekly. It will be months before I am walking normally and regain muscles.
