I ate at restaurants for lunch yesterday and today so my tracking for those meals was estimated. I didn’t lose control like I occasionally do on weekends, so even though I gained, I feel good.
125.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
