i need to be less obsessed qith the scale and more obsessed with the gym. going tomorrow for hopefully an hour. and then 2 classes friday so i can finally learn the weights and they will tailor a workout plan for me.
114.8 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
