I had a health scare and some days they things and let myself fall back into horrible routines. I started counting calories and tracking exercise and going to the gym again. I didn’t have an accountability partner or workout partner the last three months. I am being the accountability partner for a friend of mine who is participating in a biggest loser challenge. I have a workout friend for at least the next three months. I am getting back on track. Yes I fell off but that doesn’t mean I can’t get back up again.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 52.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
