I've never been a big eater and I may have slipped into the "starvation mode". I dropped all pasta, bread and such that I started eating again after my trip to Italy. Plus my husband and son brew beer that is amazing and I dropped that too. I seriously thought I would have 2 weeks of significant loss before I started struggling. But a TOTAL of 7 lbs in 3 weeks. To me that's pathetic. I always kick off with like 14 lbs in 2 weeks then slow down. Menopause SUCKS.
