Finally, after last year surpassing my goal weight I'm ready to begin again 140 is to hard to maintain so I've been struggling. My main problem is I eat too much. My portions can be man size when I'm hungry. I have to remind myself to eat like a lady. With God's help and my acknowlegement I'm confident I can do this. So here I go
