not doing induction at all calorie total not bad but that doesnt work with Atkins! really need to get back on track if I want to wear new skinny wardrobe...just 4 or 5 lbs needed for that...following induction woe for just 2 wks 100% should be enough then back to pre-maint....good plan now let's do it!!!!!
