9 st 6.9 lbs Fat machine 23.5% No WW. Unsurprising festive gain tho I have been pleased to hit my step goals each day and even during the annual traditional LOTR marathon (TV I hasten to add lest any of you fitties assume I mean running!) actually stuck to my intention to ride the indoor bike for ten mins at each of the six disc changes! Sending some of the leftover nosh home with student #1 tomorrow, sad to see her go tho. #2 goes on Fri then it's back to empty nest routine again 😒
