I’m not too worried about it 😉. I just can’t believe I ate 3k kcal! Dinner was all snack foods as it’s our tradition for our Christmas at home and New Year’s Eve. So I have another day of it lol. Next time I’ll do some mini sandwiches or something too because my tummy sure doesn’t like me now. Feel like I ate a few bricks yesterday rather than food.
