At this point, I haven't gained past my starting weight. Therefore, maintaining my weight during the holidays is successful. If most people gain, then I claim this as a victory and a learning experience. Yay for Maintaining weight!
177.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
