117.6 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! Congratulations! Looking at your numbers it seems that you can have your calories in the 700+ range and still lose.

Are you doing OMAD?? I wonder how can you eat that little for long period of time and not wanting to binge? I can't, I do like to do two days of 500 calories sometimes, so I save calories for my weekend, I have to say that one week of 1200 calories per day is a little hard for me, I need to eat at least 1500

I was 10 lbs heavyset than you but as you are smaller I guess we had similar bodies, I really hope you reach your goal weight soon. 🙏❤

im trying to do omad. i didn't yesterday but my eating window was only 4hr30min. sometimes I'll do longer fasts, 48 to 60 hours. but i haven't tried this time around yet.
