This time we're doing it together and I know this time it will stick. Saw a friend's post to never miss a Monday. Today, we didn't. Great start to the week and I'm already looking forward to tomorrow.
I'm committed to getting Kelly ready for her big January trip and excited about limitless possibilities about us both feeling better about ourselves in our bodies.
319.6 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 114.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
