Weighed in this morning & maintained my 170 goal. Reduced calories by about 200 yesterday and felt good.


Time to find some Calories to Burn!!!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
