Yesterday, meals consist of 2 shakes and half a salad from Red Lobster. I just couldn’t eat all of it. But it will be great for lunch today
264.7 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 89.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
