Early weigh in today (I usually weigh when I get in from work) because I have a busy day ahead of me. Seeing these numbers going down, down, down will give me a much needed energy boost! Hope everyone else has had a successful week 😀
205.3 lb Lost so far: 66.7 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
