Not great, but not terrible. All progress has not been lost. Thanksgiving wasn’t even the culprit, I ate decent portions that day. I just randomly overate and didn’t track for about a week. Ugh. Moving forward.
130.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
