Eating a,regular meal during the day, no side snacking, food has been non processed food.... I have had to find the closest match on FS...
Interesting anaylsis....although my calories,are over the 1275 limit , my weight is,dropping again, I assuming my body is in the restart phase and will have to adjust the calories down next week

Update my fat secret and my Net diary actually are in sync today , all good posted and so far 875 calories, I love the bar,code reader on mynet diary, it works great!!...i just realize I am making another adjustment from the one main meal a day, but that's ok, accurate tracking seems to have me on the right path. My next public weigh in will be this,Friday...but will weigh myself in each day in the morning.
