Day 4 Overall. Happy Friday! I'm still feeling really good but I do feel tired and am starting to stress about how I'll do over the weekend. I worked out my Chest and Triceps hard yesterday and played a few games of racquetball. After trying to watch, The Magic Pill, on Netflix last night I fell asleep around 11:30 and was up at 5AM to get the snow blower going. I"m glad I was up and going strong at 6AM and still packed my breakfast and lunch for the day.

I haven't felt this good since June. I'm excited for the weekend and I'm excited to keep this momentum going. I started last week at 320 and hit 311 today. My goal was to hit 300 on Thanksgiving morning, but I'm going to be happy with my progress if I know I continue to make good choices and keep knocking increments of weight (no matter how tiny) each day.

Here's to enjoying life the way we were all meant to!
