I did but it’s been interesting how bloated I have been feeling. It’s interesting becasue it’s so opposite of how Keto has made me feel. Just trying to get past it. But the bitches are coming out! 🤣

thank goodness, do drink a ton of water and yes you will be more bloated looking but you need to flush all those toxins out. I feel badly today and been drinking non stop for two days. I should feel better tomarrow if I get some sleep tonight!

Yes! If I don’t get sleep which I haven’t been getting it makes it so much worse

Sleep is really really my point of concern. I am at the "age" that if I experience insomnia on every given night, I cancel all the days plans that require me to drive a car. Oh whoa is me! I push through the day (without napping) to break it... hang in there..
