Hubby wanted a cheat day Friday 😣 My own fault for letting him persuade me that I really wanted a greasy curry. Back to it!
217.7 lb Lost so far: 54.3 lb.    Still to go: 58.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Aww, thank you. I just need to stick to it now untill I stop for a few days over christmas. He's just been told he may well be working a new shift that'll keep us from being able to see his family so the last thing I want to do is tell him we wont be eating either haha!
