Oops going the wrong way. Haven't been doing jigsaw in the evenings, it turned out far too hard, so much water and sky so sadly have been going into the kitchen again in the evenings to munch on whatever. Have now pulled jigsaw apart and am going out today to get easier one as I know it worked before. Have to get my head back into losing mode as Christmas is not too far away. Have injured shoulder and fractured finger so exercise, apart from legs and stomach is a bit hard at present. Will be putting some cashew recipes on recipe part of Fat Secret instead of using cheese and eggs.They're really good especially for vegans but my husband loves them and we don't buy cheese anymore.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

waves* Sorry to hear you have hurt yourself! Those recipes sound good. Just ordered a vitamix, so it will be put to good use blending up nuts, frozen bannanas, making acai bowls etc. Getting back to making food from scratch. You've only slipped a little, 1kg is easy to turn around. So happy winter is over, less excuse now for comfort eating.

i like your idea of doing a jigsaw to keep you occupied from snack attacks. I recently got a kalimba (african thumb piano) i'm learning to play. Its too easy to snack too much watching telly.
